- After the tikki is done then put in tissue paper..now on the other sides beat a curd with little bit sugar.now take a plate and put your tikki and pour some beaten curd.then add both the chutneys on it and sprinkle some black pepper powder and a pinch of red chili powder little bit salt.and add some fresh coriander and pomegranate seed.
