Ingredients and seasonings for shrimp fried rice:

  1. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  2. 2 bowls of cooked white rice (it is recommended to refrigerate leftover rice overnight)
  3. 250 g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  4. 50 grams of frozen peas
  5. 50 grams of frozen corn
  6. 1 medium carrot, sliced
  7. 2 cloves of garlic
  8. 2 spoons of soy sauce
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  10. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder or to taste
  11. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  12. 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

Step by step shrimp fried rice

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add carrots, corn and peas. Continue stirring occasionally.
