- Dry the shrimp. Salt and pepper. Fried shrimp over high heat. I use grape seed oil. Add a little butter after turning.
- Soaked Havarti cheese cubes and semolina. Add heavy cream and butter.
- Toss in the lumps and add the shrimp. It is fast but full of flavor and crazy richness.
